Original fine art mixed media assemblage
and Construction "Field of Art". This assemblage is made from a found
box, vintage fine art image, torn paper, vintage French stamp, paint
from NYC subway column, float from my fathers tackle box, oil paint tube
from my studio, colorful small wooden blocks and misc found items. Done
in homage to Joseph Cornell.
This daily painting is a view of water tanks rising from the urban prairie near Eastern Market and the Dequindre Cut. There are large areas like this in Detroit. The city is trying to figure out how to utilize these spaces
