Hamilton Street Blue
Oil on linen/panel, 2011 7x5"
SOLD
To a collector in Barberton, OH
Today's daily painting is a winter  urban landscape of an abandoned and burned corner building on Hamilton Street in Detroit. I was very interested in all the different shades and values of blue in this  scene.

Another winner, Stephen. A fine "found" abstraction. Subtle yet striking.

Thanks John, that means a lot to me.
I enjoyed this one very much. I thinks my collectors are getting tired of winter paintings. Looking forward to spring

Your collectors, I being one, never tire of anything you paint, winter scenes included. Green will show up on the palette soon enough...

Thanks, you made my day!

Another great one, with contemporary design sensibilities running through it.

You like blue(?).
