I really like these abandoned structure paintings-especially when you choose to capture buildings with hits of red.

I love your work! It feels so much like home. Your subjects are thngs that I take pictures of all the time and I have tried to paint old buildings...but they never look right so I jsut admire your work!

First of all, thank you very much for stopping by my blog. I've been running below the radar for quite a while, but your site has been one that I frequent on a regular basis. I just found out that I can 'follow' it, forgive my technological naivety... I enjoy your work very much and learn a lot just by seeing your work! I can't say how many times I've flown through Detroit without thinking twice about it. The passion you have for your hometown is evident in each of your works and has made me think twice - perhaps a stopover and exploration of your beautiful city is in order! Something more than the beautiful fountain and tunnel light show at the airport! :-)
Thank you for the enlightenment!
