I could not resist all the contrasts of light and dark, warm and cool, straight and curved, hard and lost edges in this SOHO corner building.
Please note!
I will not be doing any small daily painting for the next few days. I need to concentrate on finishing up the last few paintings for my show at the George Billis Gallery in Chelsea, NY.

This painting will be available in the New York show, opening reception: Thursday, April 30th. 6-8 pm at the George Billis Gallery in Chelsea.
Please contact the Gallery for more information
on the large gallery paintings only.

What a treat seeing these large paintings. I enjoy the sweeping lines framing the blue reflection off the window.

Saw the great article in American Art Collector, which came yesterday. Congratulations on the article and the New York Show.

You have a way of making everything look interesting. You bring a fresh perspective of overlooked architecture. Nice job, and good luck with the opening in NY!

Thank you Stephen for the compliment! Certain subjects are more meaning than the others, in particular the contrejours. I saw your last paintings ( the big formats). They are excellent, perfect of execution, with a palette almost monochrome. I am admiring!
