There's something really great about this one, not sure what it is. I think your values are so perfect, the dark foreground places the buildings in the distance, and you've got that great twinkle happening in the water, it's great.
Stephen, I heart these NYC-scapes - they are beautiful. I especially like the ones with the Empire State Bldg.- I used to work in it and had a beautiful corner office with a panoramic view looking south + west. It's a building close to my heart. Well done. Smiles, GK

Love the dark pier in the foreground. That really makes the city sit back in space.
