The cold grey sky had me thinking about summer and blue skies. So this is an ode to summer. The ice cream store is on Woodward Ave. in Birmingham Mi. A northern suburb to Detroit. Enjoy!

Mmmmm. I like your old neon sign paintings a lot. You really get the sense of the size by looking up at it like this.
Its gorgeous hot weather here in Australia and I have to admit that icecream is one of my favourite food groups! So apart from it being a good painting its also a subject dear to my heart indeed!
