Brush Park #09, oil on linen panel, 5"x7"
This is the ninth of the Brush Park paintings. This one is on Brush Street, and has been a favorite of mine for a long time. It looks like something Edward Hopper would have painted.

As a former Michigan guy, I must say, I'm blown away by your paintings. They bring back lots of good memories. Congratulations on your work which will certainly be of historical significance as more and more of these places disappear.

I am very impressed with the story you can tell on such a small canvas. You are drawn right into the painting and most of all can place yourself there on the corner.
