The eighth Brush Park painting, this building is currently being restored and has some new windows. It is one of the few to be restored, most have been torn down or remain in ruins.

Well I'm glad they haven't knocked this building down as now I can see your painting of it on the other side of the world...You've breathed some life into this old house...

Definitely a Hopperish painting, but with your own style in there. I love your composition and the way you've rendered the grass. Gorgeous painting.
