It was one of those beautiful crisp fall days yesterday,
so I spent the day downtown shooting reference for paintings

These buildings have a quiet sort of dignified nobility don't they and a special kind of beauty of their own. Your colour sense is so spot on Stephen. I could look at that red all day.

Thanks Shelia, I have always felt that way about the buildings, there is so much dignity
and I try to paint them with as much empathy as possible
