Where is this, Stephen?
Hi Limbolob, It is near Sarlat, in the Dordogne area of France. I don't know the exact location. We were there in Sept. 2004. Wish we could go back, an amazingly beautiful country.
I don't know the Dordogne well.It is famous for its beauty. I was there some years ago and almost in tears.Your 'still-lifes' make me think of William Nicolson.
Wow, I am a big fan of W. Nicholson, and my wife is a big fan of his son Ben Nicholson. France was just too beautiful for words, lucky we can paint.
